Zoriah & Bells Boutique was founded in 2021 by Shirley Welch in Concord, NC. Shirley has operated several successful businesses in the past. The birth of Zoriah & Bells came out of love for her daughter and grandchildren, whose name’s sake is the middle name of her oldest granddaughter, Maliyah, known as Zoriah and the first name of her middle granddaughter Bella, who’s affectionately called Bells. Thus Zoriah & Bells were born. My sole purpose is to leave a legacy of a great online boutique that represents all people, culture, and various sizes. We pride ourselves with dignity, integrity, and values. Many people and families leave their loved ones with tangible items, such as homes and cars. My belief is that a true legacy leaves wisdom that sustains generations of existence beyond my own.
